Lee Neary began carving when he was a supervisor of construction projects. After working in multiple project around the country, he began to carve and create with this artistic freedom. In this piece, Lee carved out a whirligig from wood. Being able to move 360 degrees around, this weathervane will be sure to move when wind hits it.
