In the semi-tropical area of the Barrancas del Cobre, located in the Sierra Madra, in Chihuahua, Mexico, exists a tree unlike any other; the Tampinzerano Tree. With its vigorous leaves of diverse shapes it has become a natural resource for international artist, Jesús Leal Lambusino. 

Jesus meticulously hand-carves the delicate leaf fibers to create these one-of-a-kind pieces.
