They are made of a 2-ply vinyl substrate with a padded latex vinyl bottom. The top of the vinyl floorcloths are non-permeable, stain resistant and wipe clean. They make perfect accents for kitchen floors. They lay flat and do not need carpet pads and do not pose a tripping hazard.
