The wonderful pigments of the hydrangea flower create beauty each season they blossom to life. Focusing on these vibrant colors, Michael Vincent created wearable art that portrays his own vision of the flower. The blue flowers are the symbol of apology, the white flowers symbolize boasting and the cherished purple hydrangea symbolizes desire.

A combination of glassworking and jewelry-making knowledge along with a keen sense of color creates these beautiful pieces. Michael Vincent Machaud's work is notably unique in the process of cast glass, a technique not typically utilized in jewelry. Each one is cast in bronze layered in gold and silver with cast glass elements to give that delicate bright appearance. Capturing the bold colors and textures makes each jewelry design pop in glow with the glimmer of forever-changing lights that hit the glass elements.
