Rik Nelson began making his unique fish in the spring of 2000 during a local Earth Day event where he constructed an 8' w. x 15' h "poem board": with fabricated a four-foot-long Bull trout from tin can lids. He continues to make these unique pieces with upcycled materials in his studio in Spokane, Washington.
