These beautiful birds are handmade in Zimbabwe. It takes artist Raina Mazwiembiri seven hours a day to pick the seedpods that make up the bodies of the birds. She shapes wire for the legs, uses putty for the beaks, and hand paints each bird. Makes for great home decor and a fun conversation piece. Each bird has so much personality.
